NUMEROUS VICTORIES – COVID-19 Consultations

Thanks in part to the CLDF, the firm was able to process a heavy volume of daily calls from individuals seeking advice and representation related to vaccination mandates and the application of other COVID-19 protocols. Many consultations have occurred with numerous victories with employers backing down or allowing religious and health exemptions.

Additionally, the CLDF allowed the firm to engage in various quarantine hearings such as Bankston v. Byrne where the Sedgwick County District Court highlighted Sedgwick County’s misleading quarantine “orders” influencing massive policy changes in the issuance of these orders.
