Ongoing Litigations

The firm continues to litigate on behalf of business clients targeted by federal and state tax authorities. Past victories have included reduction in tax burdens for targeted businesses as well as the reversal of tax warrants and payment of attorney fees by the state.

An investigation into a small insular group of high-level state employees in making essential v. nonessential designations regarding various businesses which would determine whether they could even operate. A KOMA Complaint was filed and is still under investigation.
