VICTORY – Amicus Filings in the United States Supreme Court

The firm filed two amicus briefs on behalf of state legislators in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District regarding a high school coach that wanted to conduct a private prayer on the 50-yard line after football games. Ultimately, the United States Supreme Court agreed with the general positions set out in our amicus briefs.
